KMD Agency is a self-hosted agency and studio management platform built on Laravel and React. It combines a public marketing website — services, portfolio, pricing, blog, and CMS pages — with a private portal for your team and your clients: projects, tasks, orders, forms, and communications, all in one install you own and run on your own server.
Who KMD Agency is for
KMD Agency is built for agencies, studios, and freelance teams that manage client work end-to-end — from a public-facing marketing site through project delivery, invoicing, and ongoing client communication — and want that infrastructure on their own domain rather than split across several SaaS subscriptions.
Core platform capabilities
- Public website — a full marketing site with a block-based Page Builder, a blog with its own block editor, services, portfolio/work, products, and pricing pages.
- Client portal — clients log in to see their own projects, files, orders, and messages, scoped strictly to their own data.
- Staff portal — role-based access for Super Admin, Admin, Project Manager, and Developer roles, covering projects, tasks, clients, orders, and team management.
- Commerce — products, orders, and payment processing through Paystack and Stripe.
- Form Builder — multi-step forms with conditional logic and spam protection, with submissions managed in the portal.
- Communications — configurable outgoing email (SMTP) and SMS through any HTTP-based provider you choose.
- Licensing & auto-updates — the installation activates against KMD’s licensing platform and can check for and install new releases from inside the portal.
Mandatory email OTP
Every password login — staff or client — requires a one-time code sent by email as a second factor. This is not optional and cannot be disabled from the admin UI; see Authentication & Security.
