Manage your license from Platform → License.
Activating
Your license was already verified during installation — see License Verification During Install. If you ever need to reactivate (a server migration, for example), enter the same license key here.
What the License page shows
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Status | Active, expired, suspended, or revoked. |
| Type | Your license tier. |
| Activations used / limit | How many domains you’ve activated on, out of your plan’s allowance. |
| Expires at | When your license itself expires, if it’s not a lifetime license. |
| Support expires at | When update/support access ends — separate from the license expiring outright. |
| Last validated | The last time the license was successfully re-confirmed with the licensing platform. |
Your license re-validates itself automatically on a schedule — see Scheduler & Cron. Use “Refresh” to re-check it immediately instead of waiting.
Unreachable is not the same as invalid
If the licensing server can’t be reached — a temporary network issue — your platform keeps working normally on its last known-good license state. It does not lock you out just because a single check failed.
One license, one domain
A license is tied to the domain it’s activated on. Deactivate it here before moving to a different domain if you’re within your activation limit; contact support if you need an additional activation.
